Let me tell you my opinion on this. I am sure that it is better to stay in Sharm, because the first thing we go to Egypt for is the coral reefs and the rich underwater world! There is no such underwater wealth in Taba! Well, I will share my trip to Israel in December 2017. We were picked up from the hotel in Sharm at 17.00, while people were collected from other hotels, in Taba we were closer to 22.30. The tour program included dinner in Taba. After dinner we were taken to the border (5 minutes). We passed the Egyptian border in half an hour, the Israeli one in 3 hours (queue). We waited for the Israeli tour bus and set off. At about 3 am we were already sleeping on the bus. Then all day on excursions. Lunch in Israel was also included. At 17.00 our tour ended and we returned to the border. Went through it in 30 minutes. We took the bus to the restaurant (another dinner was included in the price of the trip). We had dinner and about 1 o'clock went back. At 0.00 we were already in our room in Sharm. My advice is Charm!

Sharm - 5 hours sawing to Israel. Get more tired. Especially when you will return already exhausted. There are currently no two day tours. We were only fed once. So take food with you. And if we arrived back in Taba at 2 am and could at least drink tea, then poor tourists had to endure for a very long time before Sharm. But perhaps this is nothing for you, then Sharm is better - there is better with the underwater world and more entertainment. Peace and quiet in Taba. There are no parties.

Individual tourists, as you put it, actually describe their personal experience of traveling to Israel, and do not invent out of their heads who they let in, who they didn’t.
