We were in Hurghada in May 2016 - someone who was not packed put a seal on the lock, such as a plastic garter for wires, and friends relied on this and as a result a suitcase arrived home and sealed and there was not a third of the things in the suitcase, it's a shame.
Do not trust anyone, just pack yourself, and preferably with different adhesive tapes or bags from the bulk, even if there is a lock on the suitcase!
