Check out Zahabia Hotel 3* in Hurghada. The most decent trio, and even with a good sea - you don’t need to drag yourself to a depth of 300 meters. And there are corals with fish. Look at Matveika's review here, sensible. The price matches.

a year ago we ventured with a friend to "dive" for a week in Egypt at a ridiculous price - 8600 rubles. per person to the top three FALCON HILLS 3 (before that they were in four fives, two fours and one three). rode with the installation "close your eyes to everything, if only the sea." Surprisingly, it turned out to be a very clean beautiful hotel, clean rooms, swans and crocodiles were spun to us from towels even without $, the area is small, but there are two swimming pools, a playground, it is very clean and beautiful.

Triton Emrayer Hotel - away from the sea, in order to reach it, you need to follow the street past the merchants of all sorts of things. The rooms are good, anyway, I've always been lucky. The food is decent too. There is a restaurant in the Beach Hotel and in the Hotel. I can’t say anything about dinners, I always took half board. But breakfasts and dinners are above average. The only negative for those who are used to relaxing in the tourist area is that these hotels are located in the old town. There are also Sand Beach (3 "stars", the first line, and the hotel Geysum, this 2 stars, but also on the first line. I think that one star is less, because the owner is an Egyptian Christian.
