Kariya and Anex have indeed teamed up. Their press release is quoted above. But the question is not about that. There were no official or semi-official declarations of bankruptcy. But our tourists flying through Kariya last week had problems at the hotel. The hotel stated that their accommodation was not paid for by Kariya and quoted what was written in the question. Until we intervened, we did not want to give passports to our tourists upon check-out. Waiting for a response from Kariya.
