I was in Hurghada in December from 5 to 15. Well, how can I tell you .... The first day I was in shock, because I didn’t take off the leather jacket in which I arrived, there was no sun all day, and a terrible wind. Then the weather cleared up, and there were even three days (out of 11), which was hot - there was no wind. On other days, we sunbathed with a breeze until about 15:00, and then we went to the warm pool, since the sun sets early. We swam in the sea 5 times, the water is normal and relatively warm, but we simply did not want to enter it through the wind. In the evening we went for a walk in jeans and light jackets. But the excursions were superbly transferred, not hot, and they arrived not so dead. Then was in April and in October - of course gorgeous.
Conclusion: it is difficult to guess with the weather, the wind will be unambiguous, choose a good hotel with a heated pool!!!! and everything will be great.

it will definitely be windy in hurghada. it's winter season and it's better to go to sharm or taboo. There are no strong winds in Sharm even in February, since the mountains are very close, which naturally do not allow them to roam. On New Year's Eve I was in Hurghada and Sharm, Sharm is warmer.

The weather at sea is 22, the air is somewhere around 26. I always take warm clothes with me, because it's cool in the evening. Take warm clothes with you if you go on excursions! (It's cold on the bus at night! The temperature in the desert is often below zero!)
