I was in the Plaza 2 times, this year in April I was in Garden Reef. Two hotels are located next to each other, almost on the same territory, you can walk everywhere. This year there were more people in the Plaza, silence in the Garden! Last year, the Plaza was not liked precisely because of the number of people - the entrance to the restaurant, like an assault on foodstuffs in times of stagnation. It was infuriating. But the area is big. Italians keep hotels.
Garden - at first they were shocked - there were no people, no food, the animation was sleepy. But then we got used to it and found many advantages in it! The choice of food was sufficient, but not great. We were there for 16 days, it's okay, we survived, we didn't die of hunger. There was always plenty to choose from if you came early :) But when you walk through a beautiful area and there is no one around - it was a gift. All the staff knew by sight, and they knew you. Everyone was friends. Marhaba and shukran are around :) We were satisfied with our vacation, although there were minuses, but we did not pay attention to them - everything is worth the money. The reef is good. But there were few fish, maybe we were out of season. Last year we were there in the summer, not in the spring - the water world was bigger. And in September in Sonesta Beach - a runoff of different fish! Super!
