Do not worry! We were in Egypt several times in the summer (including in August) - everything is not so bad! The main thing is to get up early! After 10 - in the shade, after dinner - in the crib, and then again at sea. Take sunscreen, a cap, be careful not to burn in the water (maybe your son should swim in a T-shirt for the first time). If you love Egypt, you will get a lot of pleasure from the trip at any time of the year!!!

If there is no other option, i.e. vacation at this time and you want to go to Egypt, then go. it will be good, the climate is not humid, so the heat is easier to bear than in the same Turkey. Very cool in Egypt in August. Been there twice and both times have not regretted it. Everything is as written. From morning to afternoon by the sea. After rest in the room. But until the evening you can still swim. The heat is well tolerated due to the dry climate.
