I think that with a child it is really better to go to Hurghada, there is a convenient entrance to the sea for children. But if you want to Sharm, then Iberotel palace is a very good hotel. Out of all of the ones you listed, this is the one I would choose. Good luck with your vacation!!!

Near the Pyramis (through the fence) is the Sultan Gardens 5 * hotel - I highly recommend it for families with children. We were there this spring - a lot of tourists with children, some even with babies. The hotel is excellent - for Egypt one hundred percent 5 *. The site has my review about the hotel - you can read it. A week before us, friends were in Pyramis - according to their reviews, I concluded that it is better in the Sultan! Excellent well-kept large green area, excellent food, good service.
