Katerina, from personal experience, it was never possible to go from Ega to Israel. If you really want to see Israel (thoroughly look), then it’s better to go there, give Israel not a den, but a week (at least).

I fully support Elena25 regarding excursions to Israel. If possible, it is better to visit Israel for at least a week. Read here, in my opinion, the review is very sensible and informative.

Your best bet is Hurghada
because excursions to CAIRO, LUXOR and ISRAEL (by bus) are possible from Hurghada (how convenient it is to get to Israel from Hurghada is another question :))
