My husband and daughter (she is 7 years old) and I want to go to Egypt in October for 7-10 days
The purpose of the trip is to relax, see the underwater world, be sure to go on an excursion to the Pyramids and to Jerusalem, Jordan. Which resort and hotel is better to choose? (taking into account our wishes)

In this case, you should go to Sharm El Sheikh. From there you can take excursions to Cairo (to the pyramids), and to Jordan, and to Israel

Probably Sharm is better, from there it will be the same to the pyramids, to Jordan and Israel. True, I don’t know how the child will survive, all these excursions from Sharm are tiring. In winter, we traveled to Taba from there close to Israel and Jordan, very convenient. And in October we will go to Hurghada, from there it is closer to Luxor and Giza. And at one time everything .. probably all the same Charm ..

If the purpose of the excursion is better to Taba (from Sharm to Taba 3.5 hours by bus), from Taba all these excursions are available, including Mount Moses and the Cathedral of St. Catherine, and the advantage is that they are closer than from Sharm, but to the border with Israel only 10 min. drive (unless, of course, you are going to Israel and Jordan by bus tour, if you can go to Sharm by air). As for diving, it’s better in Sharm. , there is where to go, but there is nowhere in Taba. I was in both Sharm and Taba.

Indeed, for such a program - only Charm. But, I'm afraid, you won't cover the whole program - 10 days will not be enough for you, after all, you must see the sea!

From my point of view, Taba will be better with a child. Yes, and go on excursions closer. Got back from there last week. The family is satisfied. Hotel InterContinental. It is considered the best, which I confirm. There were also in Jerusalem. There will be questions - I will answer with pleasure.

I support everyone about Sharm, but aren't you planning too many excursions for such a short period of time? Leave for the next trips, and they will definitely be, believe me

I constantly say to those who travel for the first time to Egypt. Do not treat the first trip as the last. 99% of tourists come back to Egypt. Start with Hurghada and excursion to Luxor. Then go to Sharm and go to Cairo and Alexandria. Then to Taboo with stops in Jerusalem and Jordan.

Better go to Taba. If 5 stars then I advise the officer if 4 then Three Corners el wekala golf resort

Charm would be better, of course. Many do not like Hurghada, but there is a convenient entrance to the sea, and Taba is good for trips to Jordan and Israel. And Sharm has the most beautiful sea, and equal time to all excursions

We went to Egypt for the second time. the first time we were in charm, the impressions were excellent, the hotel "reef oasis " - a fairy tale sea, corals and fish near the hotel .... we decided to go to hurghada - a complete disappointment of neither the sea nor the city NOTHING, went to Luxor (4, We drove for 5 hours), I liked it, only the transfer turned out to be very difficult and very hot. go to charm, you won't regret it

Charm. Definitely. I haven’t been to Taba, I don’t know, but it can’t be compared with Hurghada. You can go to Cairo, but Jordan and Jerusalem are hard for a child. Let the child look at the sea, swim with a mask. I promise she will love it!!!
October is the healthiest weather. Rest will be great!

If you have a small child, it is better to go to Taba. There, of course, there are not as many fish as in Sharm, but excursions to Israel and Jordan are not as tedious as from Sharm. In Taba, we rested at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. We had a 7 year old nephew with us. So we rarely saw him at all, he always ran somewhere with the children. So, as with children in the hotels of Taba, there are a lot of people.

In October, the weather is perfect for relaxing, but it’s still hot for Cairo and Luxor. We always go in October, but last year adults fell like flies from the heat on excursions in the Valley of the Pharaohs, I don’t know about children - there were no children in our group.
