Apparently, troubled times have come for Pegasus, because the next day they decided to leave this money on their deposit, offering me to use it within a year. On February 3, 2011, I filed a claim with the district court of my city, and in early March they transferred the cost of the tour to me before the start of the trial. There was a call from a lawyer with a request to waive the claims regarding the recovery of non-pecuniary damage, but since my vacation was disrupted, and they did not want to return my hard-earned money to the last, I decided to put the matter into motion. Now I'm waiting for a decision.
