Yes, more buildings are being built there, and this construction was carried out next to the building where we lived. The construction there is at the finishing stage, there was no noise AT ALL, when it is put into operation there will be more people, but a new beach is being developed there .

We were last January at Resta Reef. This is a nice small hotel in a big complex among neighboring hotels. There are places to walk. On the road in front of the hotel complex of shops. Eat fresh strawberries every day. For 2 dollars a kilo.
The underwater world is wonderful. Even the shallow lagoon on the beach is much richer than Sharma. Not to mention the open sea. After Marsa Alam, you don’t want to go to any other resort. You can take a look at the photos from this hotel:

In addition, there are good sea excursions. We especially liked the Hamata Islands. It's further south towards Sudan.

we were in January at the Creative Nada Resort, we liked it very much. In Nada, the pontoon is not long, the reef is magnificent. On the left, 500 meters, shoni Baj hotel; the hotel is more modest, but the entrance to the sea is along the sand. You go into the sea knee-deep, lower your head into the water (for those who do not swim) and admire the fish. Reef right and left (starts earlier). The further you swim, the more breathtaking. BEAUTIFUL!!! Sometimes turtles swim there. At the pontoon, Nadia saw a reef shark in the depths. Fish different darkness.
Behind Shawnee Bay, about 1.5 km, is Tulip, nice, the Germans from our hotel ran there to snorkel, they say to watch the turtle. We just walked there in the evening.
