The corals are average, but there are 4 more hotels nearby that you can enter without problems. And two have pontoons. For excursions. There is no better place for Israel and Jordan. On March 7-14, I was in Hyatt Regency - also very cool (by the way, together with the Intercontinental, it is part of the Taba Heights coastal chain). a very good hotel, there are 2 pontoons and a cleared entrance to the sea (although slippers are still desirable). It is not far from Israel, and indeed - to rest - it is always pleasant. And there - a good rest. Happily!

I was in Taba at the Hilton. I advise! You need to go to the beach to the Nelsons (they call it a bungoalo) - there is sand, and right next to the Hilton - stones. On the border of the Hilton-Movenpick-reef-VERY beautiful fish. This is one area of the hotel. Israel is right behind the Hilton!!! Walk to the border 5 minutes! Have a nice rest! I also rested in Dessert Rose. Be prepared that in Taba the animation is much weaker than in Hurghada. The Hilton has its own disco.
