I was at Radisson SAS Taba. The beach is sandy. Entrance to the sea both from the shore and from the pontoon. The beach is big. I really liked Movenpick, the entrance to the sea is sand and small pebbles, there is a coral reef nearby. Service and food are very good.

I stayed at the Intercontinental. The hotel is just great! but you need to go into the sea in safety shoes

I recommend Movenpick!
I've been there 2 times and it's really great!
There is only sand where there are sunbeds, and closer to the water there are small pebbles, so shoes are needed. And if my memory serves me right, there are pebbles everywhere in Taba.
One of the advantages of staying in this hotel, near the border and Dutifree Tama, you can still stock up on alcohol :)!!!!
