It is really better to know your hotel and get informational help from people who have vacationed there. But, if we talk about ourselves, we rested several times in hotels with central air conditioning and never had any problems. You could always adjust the temperature and turn it off yourself. I do not think that in the summer in Egypt, when it is especially hot (although we are probably hotter than they are now), the air conditioner will work by the clock.
