Good day to all! Tell me please, is it worth it to go to Egypt in August?
We read that Ramadan starts on August 11 this year...
ma are just going to go in the second half of the month, but according to reviews, it is better to have a rest in Ramadan for those who prefer a quiet passive rest, and we want an active and youthful one!

I was last year in August, just in the second half, and got to the beginning of Ramadan. on the first day of the disco a little empty, because. the locals observe everything on the first day, but all non-Muslims rest as usual. and at the expense of the weather, for all 2 weeks the weather hung on the beach + 38C and only at the end I found out that it was 45 almost every day, it was a big surprise!) It is well tolerated, it’s just better to relax in the room from 13 to 15

We got to Ramadan in September. For us, there is no difference in rest, the Arabs, of course, observe everything.

Hey, don't listen to any negatives. I was in Egypt 13 times, most of them in August. Everything is great! The sea is very warm, but not hot (lots of cool currents), but the heat...their 50 degrees is better than our 30. Very dry climate. Ramadan does not affect recreation areas in any way. Have a good time!

Thanks everyone for the replies :)
Then (in passing) another question:
according to reviews it is better to go to sharm el sheikh
although initially they wanted to go to Hurghada ...
what would you recommend is better?
to have fun and youth!
By the way, I read a lot of good things about the Sierra and Savoy hotels in Sharm...
Thanks in advance for your replies :)

Savoy is very expensive, Sierra is on the second line, but the reviews on it are only good, I was in Sunrise Island View (Savoy's neighbor), a good five, also for youth. now in these hotels (Sunrise, Sierra, Savoy + Concorde) you can go freely and where you can’t guess a more fun disco, + next to Soho, so all 4 hotels are very well located

Ramadan does not affect vacationers in any way

Sierra (second line behind Savoy) is a good youth option
Savoy is much more expensive, first line
common beach near Savoy and Sierra
there is an opportunity for free SOHO

Charm is more party. only if you want more walks, it is better to take a hotel closer to Naama Bay - there are most of the party disco, bars, restaurants. Siera has her own good disco.
You can take the Hilton in Naama. or something simpler.

Lord! and tell me the order of the numbers! what are the prices for disco? entrance, table, cocktail? How much is the average for an evening? Of course, I understand that you can skip a million a day, but, unfortunately (or fortunately), we are not talking about a million :)
well, roughly average :)
