Hilto Hurghada Plaza - just arrived, 9 days for $ 1100 for two. Great hotel - you won't regret it. There is no reef, the entrance is flat sand. See the reef on a boat, only swim here

It is a pity that your budget is small! We were in Iberotel Palace (Sharm) in August - the hotel is a bomb! We have been resting there for the 5th year and do not want to change anything (there were also Taba - there was also Intercontinental, we were in Hurghada - not that!).
This year the hotel gave tooth brushing kits (brush and paste) + shaving kit! About bathrobes, slippers, etc. in the rooms (tea, coffee, sugar, water) I am silent! Soda and tonic - exclusively Schweppes in glass! Even with 50% occupancy of the hotel in early August - one a la carte restaurant worked! The beach and service are top notch. Beach towels are a separate issue) At some point, five of them were accumulated in the room - they forgot to take them to the beach and there we were given new ones without any problems without requiring the return of the old ones. This was especially striking when we picked up people from the Albatross, in which the receptionist counted beach towels before check-out! In Iberotel - just gave the card from the room! Well, this is the center of Sharm, you can walk. In short - I highly recommend!
