Kalimera has neither a pontoon nor a bay. Only the lagoon (though I don’t know how it is with living creatures, it didn’t swim). On the pontoon you will have to go to the neighboring Kahraman, go to the bay to Abu Dabbab. IMHO, too much effort if the lagoon is empty. True, there is still a bay a little to the south, but you also need to reach it. If we consider hotels in this area, then Kahramana, there is at least a pontoon at hand and the reef wall is beautiful.

South of Kalimera is Shagra. Swimming there costs 15 Euros per bow, so this is not an option.

If you're looking for tranquility, then choose The Three Corners Fayrouz Plaza. They are delivered from the airport first, they are taken to the airport penultimate. Great service, quiet, no one pulls, very good cuisine. You can read my review of this hotel.

And I'll advise Pensee Azur i Utopia beach club. The reef is very worthy, the hotels are located in the lagoon. But this is if you are not looking for first-class service. And so in the hotels everything is at the level and the prices are democratic (at least last year it was like that).

And I learned to filter reviews a long time ago - I ignore such "sea lovers", but such reviews are also useful. You begin to understand that where such "tourists" did not like it, the Red Sea maniacs may well like it :)
