Resta Reef has an excellent diving center. As for the Russian instructor, I can’t say for sure, but in general I saw Poles there, ours too. True, I did not see diving with children. For children, in general, it is quite comfortable, because. there is both a shallow lagoon and a reef. I'm not talking about the heated pool.
