question about wi-fi, warm pool?
A big hello to all. I appeal to the tourists who rested in this hotel, my husband and I plan to have a rest there soon, but unfortunately we didn’t find all the information on the Internet. So all hope is on you! (if yes, is it paid or not, and how much is it approximately)? 2. is there a heated pool in the hotel (open or closed) 3. is there a disco in the hotel? at lunch and dinner)? 5. Has anyone gone to the hotel from the Coral company, if so, is the guide normal?

yes, by the way, a small personal request: please post photos from your vacation or links if the photos are posted elsewhere. By doing this, you will help many people enjoy your vacation and decide on their own.

There was no heated pool at the time of our stay there (they were late July-early August). But Wi-fi was in the main building, in the lobby. And it's free. I don’t know how it is now, but then Karim said that he allegedly agreed with the hotel and Pegasus guests can use it for free. When they went online - they logged in - instead of a password - the room number. At the end of the holiday, when we paid the bill at the reception (a bottle of wine), the employee made big eyes when he saw our bill. And he asked us several times where we used the Internet - in the room or in the lobby. And after we reminded about the conversation with Karim, the Internet account was canceled.

And I heard that some were even forced to pay bills on the Internet for a couple of hundred bucks. This is after Karim "agreed". Apparently they did not go on the right excursions ...
And on the topic:
1. WiFi is available near the reception. According to the papers of the hotel, it is paid. Whether it is possible to stir up for free I do not know for sure. Be sure to check, and not with charlatan guides, but with the staff. There is also a laptop with internet at the counter (in the bar to the left of the reception). We looked at the departure time on it. They didn't pay money for it. By the way, free 3G Internet works on Amazon Kindle 3. That was enough for me for mail.
2. I have not seen closed heated ones.
3. I haven't seen it, I don't think it's a disco place.
4. The fish dish was every (or almost every day).
5. You should not be afraid of guides. This is the staff. Its function is to notify about the time of the return flight and convey information about excursions. And so he is no cooler than a cleaner or a lifeguard on the beach. Do not be afraid.

I agree, the hotel solves all issues. About the guide - who is already stuck in the teeth :) - I see no reason to even argue about him, whether he is good or bad. We took vouchers for excursions consciously. In Luxor - $115 per person. To order a taxi to Port Ghalib from the hotel at the counter with the inscription taxi costs $ 40 round trip. So there is no need to be surprised at the high prices of Pegasus for excursions. We don't regret going. There were no excesses. Of course, any trip, especially in Egypt, is a risk. Everyone decides for himself. :)
