We stayed at this hotel in April 2023. I would immediately like to note the tired appearance of the hotel, the repair of which has not been done, in appearance, for more than 10-15 years. The furniture is old, dirty, broken in places. I note that the hotel positions itself as 5 *. Appearance - a maximum of 3 * with great optimism. When purchasing tickets to this hotel, we took a superior room for a couple, however, they settled us in a room for 3 people, that is, with 3 separate beds, while requiring an additional payment if we want to get what we booked. After long scandals that took 2 days, we were still settled in the room that we originally booked.
The territory of the hotel is nice, but in many places without proper care (something is broken off, something is not painted, somewhere the building is being repaired, somewhere construction work is going on, a lot of garbage, including construction).

The rooms are dirty. Since there are a large number of cats on the territory of the hotel, the rooms stink of cat urine. Refrigerators do not work, air conditioners are in disrepair. Drinking water, shampoos, soap in the room is not issued every day. Tourists have to collect water in bottles in the dining room on their own.
The "Restaurant" does not comply with elementary standards of cleanliness. The waiter could drop the cutlery on the floor and then pick it up and put it on the table. Tables are not cleaned after people have eaten. Dishes are dirty and sticky. There are not enough cutlery and napkins for everyone. At the bars, the staff also very often ignores the requests of vacationers.
The food is outwardly diverse, but tasteless. There were a lot of spoiled dishes that had stood for a couple of days.
There is also not enough food for everyone. Soft drinks diluted.
Tourist guides are a separate story, which is worth writing a separate article about. Never buy tours from guides from a diving club - Scubaworld, there are deceivers who promise one excursion and take you to a completely different one. After that, they still don’t want to return the money, they allow themselves to openly swear, insult, until you start threatening them with calling the police.
The hotel staff does not react in any way to the problems of their tourists. Moreover, as mentioned above, employees allow themselves disrespectful, even offensive treatment of vacationers, especially women. When there are problems with their local guides, or individual hotel staff, the staff covers up all the machinations of these deceivers, saying that these are the problems of the holidaymakers themselves. They impose their services, which no one asks for, and then issue invented invoices.
In response to the refusal to pay for their initiative, they threaten the impossibility of leaving the hotel, both verbally and in writing. The hotel managers openly declare their "friendship" with the police, which makes it impossible for vacationers to hope for help and protection.
