My husband and I were in Luxor - we really liked it. Were in Cairo, more precisely in Giza, and in Alexandria. We took a two-day excursion to Cairo and Alexandria, because we thought that 6 hours to Cairo and back on the same day is very tiring. At night we drove 6 hours to Giza, in the morning the pyramids, the museum, then a walk along the Nile, overnight at the hotel and in the morning to Alexandria. Until now, before the eyes of the pyramid and that amazing impression, when you raise your head and see - here they are !!!
Alexandria is a miracle, they even wanted to visit this city separately someday. And in the afternoon the road home (9 hours, but nothing, survived). But not necessarily you will have just such a program, so it was with us.
We went on safari and to the Bedouins. Most of all I was impressed by the Paradise Island, especially when we dived near the corals with masks!!! The water is clear to the very bottom, the impressions are unforgettable.

Yes, at the end of the vacation we went to Hurghada .. yes, I was not impressed, everything was kind of dirty, there was nothing to do there. But the soup in the restaurant was extraordinary.
