The sea is chic, the beach is excellent and the water park is just cool ... But all this is killed by smashed rooms, a dirty restaurant and staff always nervous from tourists' claims: just rude if you come with a problem. And you will walk with them - for the hotel is alone a total problem.

Don't look at negative reviews! These reviews are written by people who go there to get drunk or eat, not to rest!!! My wife and I mostly rested on the beach and in the sea or in the pool. Charged with the sun and rested with soul!

We rested in early November 2022 (9.11-16.11.22) at the Tia Heights Macadi Bay 5 * hotel. To the right of Tia, a couple of Jaz hotels, to the left - the Xanadu hotel, then Sunrise Cristal Bay.
Hotel Tia is lower in price category than neighboring hotels, but picky and budget tourists come here ...
The room stock was tired, but the room suited us: spacious, like the bathroom ... Everything worked: hair dryer, sockets, plumbing, air conditioning, mini-fridge, hot water available ... (!) They didn’t give soap, shampoo and gel only upon check-in, then they didn’t report ... until we left $ 1 to the cleaner ... after they appeared again, plus more hair conditioner.
Towels are not new but white and clean.
We left at 7.00 and came to the room at 17.30 ... did not meet with the cleaners ...
Cleaning was daily: they made the bed, changed towels, the floor was clean, there was no dust, 2 × 0.5 liter bottles of water were reported daily ... but you can also ask for water at the bar near the reception.
Note: take a couple of brighter bulbs with you, as the bulbs in the room are weak
