I really want to say about the guides who met us and escorted us to the airport, they are simply none, on the way to Makadi, the main thing for the guide was to tell us when we will have a meeting with the hotel guide, and that this meeting is very important for us and that's it, on the way back, he was generally silent, he didn’t even say what kind of check-in desk we have, I see this for the first time, and it was the first time I flew from the Biblio Globus, maybe that’s how it should be, I don’t know. At the reception, they filled out questionnaires and quickly received one key per room. I asked for a room closer to the sea and the seventh building, in the end we lived in the eighth, far away of course, but quiet from the street, the balcony overlooked the lazy river and Shaverma. I won’t write much about the room, since a lot has been written, we had almost the same room in Crete, maybe its area was a little smaller, everything worked in the room, if only it didn’t hurt to wash the floor on the balcony, and hang dryers, otherwise everything is fine, we have never seen our cleaner at all, he did not change beach towels for us, once they changed them at the reception. The room has a free safe in the dressing room, the mini bar is empty, every day the cleaner brought two 0.6 bottles of water, though this water is probably the cheapest in Egypt, they didn’t give it in any other hotel. The bathroom is large, separate bathroom, separate shower and toilet with bidet, there were always a lot of towels, they are of good quality.
The air conditioner is very noisy, we slept with an open balcony at night, since there is no balcony net, sometimes mosquitoes flew in, by the way, there are a lot of them in the corridors. We didn’t spin swans, and we didn’t need them, the bed linen was not changed for 6 days even once. The hotel is full, the contingent of tourists is 90% Russians (Ukrainians) and 10% foreigners. Although it used to be the other way around, which is why he was chosen. On November 7, two buses of tourists were brought.

The territory is very beautiful, a lot of flowers and trees, pools, waterfalls, bridges, lanterns, slides. Since we were on a children's vacation (we were preparing for this in advance, in November we are resting in Egypt for the third time), we were ready for an influx of children, but not to that extent, there were just a lot of children in the hotel, mostly not of school age, but younger and very breastfeeding. The children's water park was heated, the adult pools were just icy, almost no one swam in them, apparently the Yakuts had not yet stopped by. The beach itself pleased us, sand, fish, corals, not deep, you can walk for a long time from the coast to the depths, it is very good for children. The sunbeds are really all occupied from 6 in the morning, and maybe they are occupied from the night. They are wooden, old and heavy. The mattresses are almost all torn. Coming later to the beach after 8 am, you could still find a few free ones, but at different ends of the beach and one at a time.
The beach reminded me of the Crimea of ​ ​ the 90s, a lot of people, they lie almost on top of each other, the children dug up all the sand near the shore, dug holes, they drag sunbeds almost to the water, I don’t understand how much you can lie in the open sun. We basically occupied sunbeds after seven o’clock on the last row, we thought at least we’d lie down there in a quiet way, a couple of times we didn’t have a rest there, our people are unceremonious, you come from the sea, and there are already other sunbeds at your fence behind, so lie down m look at other people's heels through the fence, okay heels, they also yell, in short, no peace. After ten in the morning, as the beach bar opened, there was always a queue, the juices from the packages ran out very quickly, there was no tomato at all in any of the bars. During the day from 11 to 17 in front of the bar and pools, delicious waffles, pancakes are prepared and you can take 4 types of Nestle ice cream.
The food at the hotel leaves much to be desired, there are a lot of people in the hotel restaurants, yes, at first there were not enough teaspoons, but then everything was settled with this problem, we went to eat mainly towards the end of the restaurant. The service in the main restaurant (I am writing about two restaurants at once) is no, we have not seen such disregard from the staff anywhere. The waiters frankly do not want to notice you, the tables are cleaned badly and for a long time, it seems that we asked for it. There are simply no soups, only water, and there is only one type of soup, I have never seen this anywhere else, if you can ask to bring a glass of wine, then you can’t wait, even once a gloomy waiter, small in stature, brought wine not in a glass , and in a glass in which yuppies are poured juice, and the glass was not very clean, I did not drink. In addition to the main restaurants, you can sign up for Makadi Mall restaurants, the registration takes only 1 hour from 14 to 15 at the reception, although the guides from Biblik said that the entry is from 1.30, you need to take the queue in advance, and the recording itself goes 3 days ahead. You can sign up at a time only in one restaurant, our uncle took pity on us and wrote down at once in two, we were in THERE AND THE CHINESE, we liked everything, the menu is only in English. I really liked the Shawarma and the service in it.
There is also a Fino restaurant, we tried to sign up there three times and everything was unsuccessful, the first time we came at 1.50, although the appointment was from 13 o’clock, but there were no more places, although they recorded a German couple in front of us, then it was about an hour, they said we had to come later , we decided that this is not our restaurant and we will not lose anything if we do not visit it. There are also Italian, German and Mexican restaurants for lunch and dinner, the record seems to be only in these restaurants, we have not been there. We walked along the coast of other hotels, there is nowhere such an influx of people as in Sanving, there are mostly only foreigners. Sometimes there were tourists (Germans) from Grande on our beach, so our beach fights simply indulged them, and they would bring a drink and find a sunbed and a mattress, everything is so disgusting.....

For those who need to get to the store, then buy juices, milk, chips, etc. you can on the embankment near the Grand, although prices bite after the revolution, for example, chips cost $ 4, juice in packages is the same. The pharmacy is located next to the Makadi spa hotel.
It’s very boring in the hotel in the evenings, there is no animation, but I didn’t see anyone except one animator girl, once there was an Egyptian evening, there were a lot of people, but as always, the children were very furious there, and their parents didn’t pay attention to it at all, although strangers made remarks to the guys. I would recommend this hotel only to families with children.
