Категорически ужасен Absolutely terrible

I have never written a hotel review in my life. But here I could not stand it! 5 stars? This is 3 with a stretch! Just returned. Complete unsanitary conditions. When we checked in, the room was so dirty that we caught them by the hand. For 4 there were 2 towels, one dirty, no soap, no shampoo, a bed was made for 2 people, where the bedding is not clear for 2 more. They ran and begged. The hot water barely runs, mostly in the cold washed. The whole hotel is dirty, reception, restaurants, swimming pools. A nightmare. The food is terrible! On the 3rd day, 3 people out of 4 did not get off the toilet bowls and sorbents, including a child. Wine is poured without hesitation from bottles with a sprite badyagu to taste a port bag 777, in the restaurant at dinner there was only acceptable wine. The waiters are always unkempt, you ask for something, you wait, they forget, you order again, you wait again.
Constantly no plates, food runs out, drinks, and most importantly tables! at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Today for dinner stood for 10 minutes in line at the table. The dishes are not washed, the plates are wiped after washing with an apparently dirty rag, maybe I smelled the smell of rotten meat! Nightmare! We then wiped the dishes and tables with an antiseptic, it’s a pity I didn’t take a picture of what color the napkin was after the table. Of the good - a good beach and sunset, reef, ebbs and flows are almost invisible. That alone calms me down. At the same time, the hotel itself is beautiful in architecture, authentic, interesting, but it had to be so… And the swans from the towels are not cleaned, so at least the figures are twisted, the child likes it. Who reads, pass by, do not go here.
