Not true! We had vouchers for two standards, one was given in the main building, the second in the bungalow! They paid nothing at the reception, the curtains in the bungalow close tightly (there are three of them !!), if you want to close it! The safe worked like clockwork, you had to read the instructions to get started (it's in Russian)! We had a broken plastic table on the street - they replaced it within 10 minutes (it’s better to contact a Russian girl, she acts as an assistant there).
