We rested with my husband in early March 2010 in Makadi Saraya. I liked it very much. The territory of Madinat is common for Makadi hotels - large, green and well-groomed - there is a place to walk, a large beach, tennis courts, golf courses, swimming pools, a gym with a sauna. We spent a lot of time in the water snorkeling (there is a small coral reef nearby) - we remembered the place where it is better to go into the water and enjoy the sea. The hotel staff is very friendly. The menu is varied and tasty - in the evening they are themed according to the cuisines of different countries. The animation is normal, a lot of activity on the beach (volleyball, bocha, tug of war, etc.) and near the pool (belly dance), in a nearby hotel (across the road inside the madinat) in general, such fun was arranged for children at the disco that we came up and admired) . Good hotel. Rested there three times (always in early spring). The rooms are varied. You can suddenly get into a two-room apartment (without any additional payment). The staff, especially the older ones, are very nice. They speak several languages quite well (Russian, German, English). Several cafes outside the hotel that are part of the All Inclusive - very convenient. The beach is private, there are always good free places (the Germans prefer to swim in the pool). They feed wonderfully. The coffee is good. In Egypt, this quality is nowhere to be found. The territory of Madinat Makadi is isolated - several hotels and a solid golf club. Everything is guarded. There are several shops, a pharmacy, even a small supermarket. Various performances, competitions, etc. are organized for children every evening. It is possible to easily go to Hurghada (near) by bus or taxi. You can rent a car.
