We liked everything, there are flaws. But for the price, I think it's a very good hotel. Egypt is a very poor country, the airport is "a tent in the middle of the desert", figuratively speaking : )) The toilet at the airport is dirty and there is no toilet paper : ) Just be prepared and take dry and wet antiseptic wipes. The airport employees do not know languages, they all point their fingers and yell at their monkey : )) They also have a habit of asking something, but when they don’t hear the answer, they turn away and constantly shout to each other, and don’t speak, but shout. : ) Why then ask? )))) In general, we are satisfied with the honeymoon trip.
We really liked the food (to be honest, there is a lot of sour, the only advice: do not pile on a full plate of any shit, like all Russians, put a little on the plate, smell it, try it). The meat was different every day, there was even a kebab. I'm more into vegetables, hot vegetables are always always fresh, besides cucumbers and tomatoes, lettuce. For breakfast, a very tasty scrambled eggs and cereal with milk, you can choose something else, but we had more than enough. For an omelet I took tomatoes, cucumbers, a bun, and cereal for dessert : ) For lunch, the first and second are always fresh, for dessert there is also a large selection of sweets and fruits. There is always a wide choice for dinner, delicious meat, lots of fruits and sweets : ) I wish I could eat like this at home.
I really liked the territory: it is huge and very beautiful and comfortable. There are half a thousand people in the hotel, but I got the feeling that all the people were on excursions. In fact, there are more than enough sunbeds near the pools and on the beach. The pools (there are 4 of them + Jacuzzi) are always spacious. This is what I liked the most, no one interfered with anyone.

A huge minus is the discotheque, which was in the poolbar at night. It is impossible to fall asleep, they refused to relocate. Because of this, I am very angry with them. But we found a way out, went to bed before 11, slept soundly and nothing interfered. Then a Russian company was settled next door - they yelled, neighed, slammed doors at night, belched by the pool in the morning. It left a very bad aftertaste.
I also didn't like the front desk staff. We waited 2 hours for check-in, despite the fact that we arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the fifth evening. We were hungry from the road, we were not even given a bracelet so that we could drink water in the lobby. And there is nothing to say about the tour of the hotel. We didn't know what, where or how. They don't know much languages. They try in Russian, it would be better if they learned English. It's amazing that the rest of the hotel staff speaks languages well, even Ashaf, who cleaned our room, understands languages better : )
The beach is a dead reef. You can swim there and it is very interesting to swim next to all the fish. It is advisable to have shoes (I had rag sneakers with a good solid sole, probably rubber). But in order to just go for a swim (on the left to go into the water in Azura Bay), shoes are not even necessary, I went barefoot. And to go further, to the edge of the reef, you need shoes.
I liked the sea. But if you want a sandy entrance to the sea, this is not the place for you.
The room was cleaned very well. True, at first, when they just settled in, it was terribly smoky and not very clean, I started to get hysterical : ) But then they cleaned well, changed bedding and towels every day, every day a 1.5l bottle of water. There is a safe in the room, a TV with Russian channels, as well as Polish, German, Arabic and English.
The hotel staff are very friendly and talkative. They constantly say: "Hello friend, how are you? " : )) Always give compliments and entertain. We are people of Kiev, closed people, and they say: "Tichivo such evil? " It's hard for them with us. But we find a common language. We in Kyiv are used to the fact that if someone comes up on the street and offers something, then this is a scam, you need to turn away and walk past, but they are just friendly.

We traveled from the turtess. At the airport, we were met by guides, saw us off, about a dozen turtess buses were waiting for us, taking them to hotels. We got there in a comfortable car quickly, the guide told us useful information. If we are going through a tour operator, then turtess is better. Throughout Egypt they have their own guides, their own buses, excursions are very good. In comparison with other operators: we saw a teztour, there is only one guide and one bus. This bus takes all the people to different hotels, through the whole desert. It is too long. We also saw Pegasus and Coral, they also have one guide and a bus.
Tours are best taken from a guide. We went to the island of Utopia, on a huge comfortable boat, on which drinks were free of charge and fed a very tasty buffet. We really enjoyed! They gave masks, snorkels, fins, dived from the yacht, watched corals and fish, the guide fed the fish and shouted: "The fish is here! The fish is here! " Then they landed on the island, where we swam, sunbathed and had a wonderful time. They paid $40 per person, there were about 30 people on the boat.
They have an excursion to Hurghada for 10 dollars. We decided to save money, went by shuttle bus from the hotel and were very, very sorry. We were brought to some back street and left there for 3 hours. There was nothing to do. And from the turtess they take you to the old Hurghada, show some temples, then to the new Hurghada - shopping, and something else, I don’t remember.
Next time we want to go ourselves, not from a travel agency. Thus, for the same price, you can choose a better hotel.
I didn't really like the drinks, but there is something to drink. The so-called juice is a powder with water, as it was during the union : ) There is no green tea. There is black Lipton in bags, it is almost impossible to drink it. You can drink coffee with or without milk during the day, there is even some cocoa for breakfast, there is always water. Whiskey is very good in bars, but we are not very alcoholic, so we drank cola and sprite. The lobby bar has very good coffee with milk. For an additional fee, you can always drink a good cocktail and eat in a restaurant on the beach and in an Italian restaurant for 10 ye per person.
Any questions - ask ; )
