1. Hotel "Harmony Makadi Bay" does not correspond to the declared 4 + ****.
1.1. Since everywhere drinks were poured into disposable PLASTIC cups for cold liquids (hot cappuccino, tea, coffee also poured). But then they were not disposed of, but were washed in the hall and exhibited a second time. They constantly stank of either soap or beer, but once they came and they were all either in hibiscus tea or red wine. On my remark about unsanitary conditions, they rude me and immediately began NOT TO UNDERSTAND THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE.
1.2. The room number 1433 was insanely dirty (photos attached).

There is a lot of dust in the bathroom, ants that bit my husband and me. Towels were changed only 2 times in 11 days. Exactly the same situation with bed linen. The furniture in the room, as well as the renovations, were in a terrible state. The drawers either didn't open at all or fell out of the chest of drawers. The linen drawers in the closet were in a terrible state (dust, dirt), so the underwear had to be stored in a suitcase.
1.3. In room No. 1433, drinking water was rarely delivered, and tea and coffee were not reported at all from the day of arrival. There were no bathrobes, razors, toothbrushes. As a result, we went to the reception and again nothing specific was told to us. And then they were also rude and, as always, the Russian speech abruptly disappeared.
1.4. The territory of the hotel is not well-groomed, there are piles of rubbish everywhere. Garbage floats in pools. The Arabs (also residents of the hotel) rinsed their rags and they did not even make a comment. From the water in the pool I went allergic to the face.

The dishes in the restaurant were not washed well. We spent 5 minutes. Only the choice of a cleaner plate, spoon, etc.
1.6. Only in this hotel there are no conditions for swimming in the sea. You need to walk about 600m to swim (photo attached). Insanely uncomfortable and interferes with normal rest.
1.7. After the excursion to Cairo (arrival time 22:55) we tried to order dry food. We had a meal for an excursion to Luxor (VIP) (departure time 05:20), but we were told that there was no cook, no one. We asked, “What should we do? ". In the end, the answer was: “I don’t know. Your business. ". My husband and I went to the dining room and picked up rolls and water ourselves. And for $ 1, the waiter brought us sausages and cheese. Although the cooks were in the kitchen and could somehow help.
2. Representatives from "Anex tour" in Egypt, in particular Emet and Irina (guestrelation), received 4 complaints and confirmed that they sent them and within 48 hours we will receive a written response. But our tour operator did not hear anything about any complaints at all.

We arrived from an excursion - they called Emet. To our dissatisfaction, they heard the answer: “There is a mistake in the excursion program and none of this should be. ” How can there be a mistake in the document! This is not a service! This person ruins the image of your company.
3.3. Excursion "Diving" from. 27.08. 2014.07:40. We were convinced by the hotel guide that there would be both photography and video. But in fact there was only video shooting and at a colossal price - $ 35. To my requests to simply crop 1 frame in the program (absolutely any, even express, program) there was a lot of anger and "if you don't have money, then don't take it. " Although before diving we were convinced that everything is there. It's not professional. Again, consumer fraud. Arriving at the hotel, our guide Emet again began to say reverse phrases. And that he did not say anything, and if he did, it was not accurate. The question arises: “Who then to believe! ".

Now we will rest only through the "Tez-tour". Save your nerves first by not buying tickets from them. Now we have filed a lawsuit and are waiting for the first hearing.
