1. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. Immediately provided a room taking into account all our wishes (when booking). The room and complement from the hotel was a pleasant surprise! Provided the opportunity for a late dinner in an Italian restaurant.
2. The room on the second floor with a terrace and a balcony is very spacious and bright. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony, which is very convenient. Clean, everything works flawlessly. Somewhat tired furniture, but compared to other 5 * very even nothing!
3. You feel at home. They called us back, asked if everything suits us, invited us to a cocktail in a bar located in an adult hotel (only allowed with other bracelets, a separate package of services). Live music (piano) - a very pleasant and romantic atmosphere.

4. The kitchen of the main restaurant is a separate issue. There is absolutely everything: seafood in assortment, fruits (including whole ones), meat dishes in abundance! We have not seen such an assortment of cuisine in Egypt anywhere else! Packaged juices, cocktails in stock! Everything is very tasty and high quality!
5. Beach. Of course, even after 10 years, the tides will not go anywhere! There is no beach as such. The entrance from the shore to the sea has been cleaned from corals and you can walk through the water to a depth (it takes a very long time to walk). We preferred the long pontoon and snorkeling depth. Coral, unfortunately, has become worse, there is less fauna. There are areas with beautiful live corals, but they are much less than 3 years ago. It upset.
6. The territory of the hotel is still well-groomed, green and clean!
7. Guests of the hotel are residents of Germany (both natives and emigrants, Russian-speaking). As we were told, only we came from Ukraine.
8. It was disappointing that the beach closest to the pontoon is occupied by guests of a separate building, where they are accommodated without children. We were asked to move to a more distant beach. By the way, they are also happy to be placed on our beach. But we all have enough space!
9. You can only get to Hurghada by calling a taxi for $30. But we have been there many times before.
10. Animation. We are not too big experts in this. We love silence and solitude. The amphitheater (quite big) is under reconstruction, so the entertainment takes place in the pool bar, on a small stage. Local animators try very hard to make the guests' leisure time joyful, and in my opinion, they do it very well!
The fact remains: I want to come back for more! We were surrounded here with such care and hospitality! Service at the highest level!
