We would like to share our impressions...The territory is very large and beautiful, there are many plants and mysterious white birds. Cleanliness everywhere, the room is cleaned every day very well; a fruit plate, tea, coffee, pastries and a few cold drinks on the day of arrival - it was all there. Shampoos, gels, soap and 1 liter of water were brought every day. There are no mosquitoes. We had a premium class room - everything is new, cozy and beautiful, 5 minutes walk to the restaurant, 2 minutes walk to the sea. The beach is well-groomed and convenient entry into the sea, or you can walk along the pier and swim in the depths, see the living creatures. There are very few guests in the hotel, maybe because of the winds and cool water in the sea. Although we swam a little every day. (I especially liked the boat trip with fishing to Paradise Island: we bought it as a guide, the prices are reasonable, Join Up and the Sky Up airline are pleasing).

Vacationers are mainly from Germany, Switzerland, Latvia, Ukraine, Belarus, from Egypt itself ...

Animation on the territory is normal, but in the evenings it was boring, 2 times in 7 days we saw the performance. The food is good, a lot of different fruits, salads and meat, with seafood they save. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the waiters speak English, German and Russian without any problems. But! These waiters have one oddity (which made us uncomfortable) - a couple of times, while we were eating, they come up and ask if they can change the change in coins for paper money. We don't want to know what it was supposed to mean, we're on vacation, not at a quiz. To these strange questions of theirs, we answered that "change! " No. Agree, this creates inconvenience. For a Luxury hotel, this does not fit into any framework. We sometimes left tips for certain guys. Therefore, this behavior of waiters needs to be reconsidered by managers !!!

In general, the hotel is good. Might come back if it wasn't for those "Can you change the little thing to bills? " during meals.
