Excellent area - large, green, well-groomed. We prefer to live in a bungalow (they give without problems), quieter and calmer than in the building.
Everything would be fine (it was our favorite hotel - not expensive, in the center - immediately access to the Sheraton, with a gorgeous beach), however, the owner (Arab) changed in the hotel last year.
And hence the new problems - dirt in the restaurant, the food is not very good, the dishes are broken, the animation is weak, the salaries of the servants are not paid for 3 months (hence the attitude). Last year, 50% of Russians moved to Seagal and Le Pasha (neighboring 4 *), with a surcharge. We followed them (Ukrainian), and did not regret it. If the situation with the owner has changed, then this is the best option. I won't tell you about the visa, I'm from Kyiv.

The hotel does not have a good reputation, read the reviews on different travel sites. Think about why only Sultan Beach is cheaper

We were there last New Year, we lived in a bungalow, we had a safe. The neighbors too. The beach is clean, the sand, the entry is smooth, safe even for children. By the way, we liked both the service and the restaurant food, everyone is happy.))
