We have just arrived from Roma Hotel 4 *, went together for 8 days for 27,000 rubles, half board. It meets all your requirements, is located in Hurghada itself, the beach is very good, there are corals, the food is normal, we didn’t go hungry))

ARABELLA AZUR 4*! I highly recommend! True, we rested in May-June, but given that this is a German hotel system, I don’t think that it became bad there. There is a reef and a gentle entrance, good food, in general, a great hotel!

And from 3 * I highly recommend Triton Empire Beach Resort 3 *. Close to city center, good food, 2 pools, decent service, nice private beach. Good value for money. For 3* in EGI. just a great hotel!
