The weather can be unpredictable! Sometimes the winds blow. I was 3 years ago in Hurghada from December 6th. We were lucky - just before our arrival, the wind blew for 3 days, namely, from December 6 it became very good - it was warm during the day, in the evening sometimes we needed a light jacket for walking around the city, and sometimes we even had to take it off and carry it with us :-) Sunbathing from 10 am to 4 pm, when we were not on excursions :-) One day at 2 pm clouds came running, it became uncomfortable and cool on Paradise Island.
