We were in Hurghada last year from November 8 to 15, I liked the weather, not hot and not cold, our end of August (central Ukraine) beginning of September (velvet season). The temperature is 25-28 degrees during the day and 20-25 at night. I did not notice any strong winds, the wind is like a wind, nothing special.
