We are going on holiday in November. Tell me if it makes sense to go at this time?
We always go in the summer, but here we decided to go before winter. Perhaps someone was in such a period, I would like to know your opinion about the rest.

Well, Sharm is more pleasant at this time. Hurghada is more windy. If you take a hotel in Sharm in a closed bay, it’s good.
Prices in November are good, they don't bite. But in the evening it's cool - jeans and a jacket. During the day everyone sunbathes and swims.

We were in Hurghada in November and did not freeze at all. Yes, it is windy, but it is also windy in spring. And for me, it's better to be hot with the wind than hot and not a breath. Very warm sea. The water is just wonderful. In the pools, the water did not have time to warm up during the day and we practically did not swim in them. Mostly in the sea and in the heated pool. Cool becomes hours in 6-7 evenings. But jeans and blouses with sleeves saved. The temperature during the day is usually from 28 to 35, in the evening from 17 to 22. Water is not lower than 25 degrees.

In Sharm, check out Savita Hotel. It is built into the rock in a cascade, thanks to which it is completely protected from the wind. I was there at the end of November/beginning of December. Very comfortable and not cold, we didn’t feel the wind, my friend didn’t even wear a jacket, only a light blouse. Compared to other hotels, few waves on the sea, good location.

Now I don’t advise Hurghada, not because of the weather, it’s just that the city is dirty and people have become much less friendly than before. It feels like walking around town only to get ripped off (financial sense)

In Egypt, and in December it is very warm. In general, I’m surprised: at this time it’s cold at home and the dampness is terrible, and people complain that in Egypt in the evening you sometimes have to wear a windbreaker. They brought light sweaters and jackets there. They even came in handy when they returned home: it was snowing and windy outside, there was a thumper in the arrivals hall. And there almost never dressed. November-December is probably the best time for excursions. So if you haven’t traveled much before, at this time I recommend it. It will not be hot and sightseeing will be leisurely, and not jumping from shade to shade.

I went to Sharm in November, the weather was great, in the evening we went out for a walk without windbreakers, in open shoes. It is really less windy there than in Hurghada.
November is generally considered the peak of the season, it is no longer as insanely hot as in summer, not so cool in the evening and at sea as in winter.
Please note that in early November, demand is also increased because children have holidays at school, there are many tourists with children.

In November, great weather for a holiday in Egypt.
So don't hesitate to go.
The only thing - be sure to bring clothes
with long sleeves for the evening and jeans / sneakers.

I was in Hurghada from 11/15/08 to 11/22/08, they already have the beginning of winter, it was hot for us (up to 30 degrees), the sea is warm, the pools are not warm yet. Fruit is already not enough. And for excursions just right. The winds start later, sunbathed well.
