We were in Hurghada in November and did not freeze at all. Yes, it is windy, but it is also windy in spring. And for me, it's better to be hot with the wind than hot and not a breath. Very warm sea. The water is just wonderful. In the pools, the water did not have time to warm up during the day and we practically did not swim in them. Mostly in the sea and in the heated pool. Cool becomes hours in 6-7 evenings. But jeans and blouses with sleeves saved. The temperature during the day is usually from 28 to 35, in the evening from 17 to 22. Water is not lower than 25 degrees.

In Sharm, check out Savita Hotel. It is built into the rock in a cascade, thanks to which it is completely protected from the wind. I was there at the end of November/beginning of December. Very comfortable and not cold, we didn’t feel the wind, my friend didn’t even wear a jacket, only a light blouse. Compared to other hotels, few waves on the sea, good location.

Now I don’t advise Hurghada, not because of the weather, it’s just that the city is dirty and people have become much less friendly than before. It feels like walking around town only to get ripped off (financial sense)

I was in Hurghada from 11/15/08 to 11/22/08, they already have the beginning of winter, it was hot for us (up to 30 degrees), the sea is warm, the pools are not warm yet. Fruit is already not enough. And for excursions just right. The winds start later, sunbathed well.
