Stayed at Nor Palace when this hotel was 4*. A huge green area with a park, the first line, a gorgeous beach with Felix the camel. The food was not amazing. Perhaps, you should not take an all-inclusive, at the exit from the hotel there is a huge street with a lot of cute cafes, there was even a cafe with a Ukrainian menu. More recent reviews from this hotel will help to make an impression. It used to be a good budget option, although the hotel itself is not new.

Albatros Jungle Aqua Park 4* is never cheap...comes in the same price as Albatros Palace Resort & Spa 5*. Albatros Aqua Park (second line, common territory) will be cheaper

I don’t know how 4 *, but in Hurghada our favorite is Palm Royale Soma Bay: the beach is the best we have seen in Egypt.

Kasia23, Grand Palace went down a lot more due to the crisis and the specifics of the concept ... a tough focus on the German tourist did not go unnoticed. Not everyone wants a quiet relaxing holiday, and German pence has greatly diminished due to well-known events. In my time, the Grand and Palace were pathos fives with a chic variety of food a la the Caribbean and excellent service ... ours on the fingers of one hand.
