Buying is not a problem. BUT ... You are sure that the market will be nearby - this is the first thing. And secondly, for "essential" goods, the price can be several times higher than in the country of residence !!!! EXAMPLE - sunscreens, PRICE - in Ukraine in hryvnia = Egypt in $ (my observations).

Senzo Mall is a European-style super market, but many locals come there to shop. Very, very reasonable prices for locally produced goods. I can’t say for sure, but there are definitely baby food and diapers. And going to the market at least once by taxi will not be very expensive, imagine if it's all shove from Russia or Ukraine.
