From "Mom":
At the expense of food (your) just very much you can worry about. Tourists are often poisoned in Egypt. Plus the heat, the flight... Are you sure the milk will be ok?
Medicine there is wild, it is better not to get caught. God forbid that - it is not clear what to do. In general, I would never have pulled such a baby to Egypt. (And did not pull).
And can I ask, for what purpose do you want to take a baby to Egypt?

I will not be original, but as a dad, I also believe that countries such as Egypt, Tunisia, India are not the most suitable countries for relaxing with babies, both because of the unsuitable climate and because of the local medicine.
Well, since you have already decided anyway, then half of your suitcase should be occupied by a first-aid kit for a child, for all possible cases (poisoning, burns, colds, bruises, etc.), you are unlikely to be able to buy the medicine you need promptly. In case of problems, the hotel doctor does not bother with such a small patient, because he does not have anything to diagnose the problem, you are simply hospitalized.
And since you are on breastfeeding, then you should have backup options for nutrition, because if you personally have health problems, you will need to understand what you will feed the baby. For example, you have poisoning or you caught a cold, the local doctor gave you antibiotics and what to do next .... plant the liver and kidneys to the baby while continuing to breastfeed him.
I hope you are lucky and you will pass all possible problems.

I don’t like it when they answer with general phrases: “not suitable countries” ... I will say by my own example that I was with children in Egypt, Tunisia and India (several times). It is good that you are breastfeeding, it solves many problems. When our daughter was at that age, we did not take anything extra with us. Since they started feeding her after six months. At the age of 1.2 months. took additionally with them the usual juices and purees for her. At 1.10 for the first time she was taken to India, the stock of the usual products was about 10-14 days, the remaining half a month was already fed with local products. The same was true on subsequent trips. It is better to have essential medicines with you. Of course, I can advise you, but it is better to ask the pediatrician in advance, taking into account the characteristics of your child, so that he would recommend a list of first-aid kits for the trip.

Good day to all! All hands did not reach to write. We had a great trip to Egypt. My daughter tolerated the flight and acclimatization well too. You just need to do everything calmly and not make a tragedy out of a trip with a child. I managed to swim and go for a massage. And the baby got a lot of impressions and we bought her in the sea. It is necessary to draw up a schedule, first of all, suitable for the child. We went to the beach very early at 10.11 am already returned to the room. After lunch we went to the beach by 17 o'clock, when the sun is not active. The child is always in the shade. They also didn’t take the baby to the dining room, they went with their mother in turn. It's noisy and not very clean for a child. We booked a room with a kitchen, so there were no problems with food. We bought vegetables and cooked soups, at the time of our trip I had not yet introduced meat into the child's diet. In the Metro and Abu Asher stores in Hurghada, they bought yoghurts without additives and the child ate them perfectly. In the dining room, nothing was taken to the child. I took instant cereals with me from food, fruit purees in jars for the first time, then bought more in the store, there were no problems with this. I also took baby cookies. From what I took for cooking, this is a hand blender, a small kettle.

So, with children up to a year old, you can go to Egypt. If you decide to go, don’t listen to anyone, go and relax to your health!
At the expense of diapers, I took a large package (70 pieces), but I could not drag them, in Hurghada there are no problems with them.
