Nothing was built behind Coral Beach. To my mind. But he's not the last one there. Behind him is Oberoi, which was built in 2001. Further there are new hotels - Citadel Azur (2008), LTI PYRAMISA BEACH (2007), OLD PALACE (2008)

After Coral Beach and Azura comes Old Palace. It was only opened in August 2008. My family and I got into it by accident in November 2008 on the TEZ-EXPRESS tour. I liked everything very much, the hotel is like an oasis in the desert. Look for my review and read more.
