You are going to go on excursions, especially since the pyramids and Luxor will take you a lot of time and you will only spend the night at the hotel. Reemyvera is definitely better in terms of level. If there is no difference in the power system and price, then there is nothing to think about. Regina is now one of the worst hotels in Hurghada...
