I agree with the opinion that the choice of the hotels you have listed is rather weak. From what you have listed, you can immediately throw back the Palacio. The hotel has deteriorated terribly both in terms of service and food provided. There are no problems with a night party if it is not problematic for you to move around the city by taxi, since I would not recommend choosing a hotel tying it to specific nightclubs, and a taxi is a convenient and inexpensive mode of transport (unless, of course, you choose a hotel not in Makadi).
