Of course, I’m not a travel agent, but for many years I’ve been booking through one person (we are very close friends, but as far as work is concerned, there are no special concessions, except if something happens and it can be decided in my favor, then they do it). So we had something that was already booked, an advance payment was made (and before the pandemic, I always booked well in advance) and if the price specifically fell (it happened a couple of times), we quietly rebooked without fines and there were no problems. Here a lot depends on the travel agent himself and his willingness to communicate with the TO office. If there is more than a month left before the tour, then everything is decided! Checked on myself.
