Yes, in principle, if you read about each hotel, there are both bad and good reviews. you won't please everyone. I am flying to Egypt for the fifth time and have always been satisfied. Here, a lot depends on the mood, I guess... have you personally been to Seagal? what exactly is wrong with it? service/maintenance/food/rooms?
