dear pinkmix, all the staff live at home, not in a hotel, and they live in terrible conditions!!!! bring all living creatures from home and leave them there when cleaning the room!!!! read more carefully the reviews of others.

1) 5 encounters with cockroaches in the bathroom of one room
2) 1 encounter with a cockroach in the bathroom of another room
3) 2 encounters with cockroaches in 2 different areas of the hotel lobby
4) 1 meeting with a cockroach on your own table in the "Italian" restaurant "Mama Mia" on the 2nd floor
5) we were very friendly with many of the staff and were polite to the maids
