I went in December 2010, my husband was in the same hotel in April 2011. Personally, we were quite normal in this hotel and were treated very well, read my review of this hotel. When you treat people negatively, you get a negative response, this is my opinion. And at the expense of the fact that the reviews are written by the hotel staff - I'm not the staff.
