Remember once and for all: insurance does not cover ALL excursions, ALL operators and street agencies!, in cases where the excursion is somehow combined with the word SPORT!!!! (Quads, parachutes... etc.) Moreover, the insurance does not cover transportation from the scene to the hospital!
The difference between buying from a host (operator) and a street agency is that the operator will always take care of tourists, and even if health problems happen in the mountains, they will organize a transfer to the hospital!!!!

Imagine a situation when a foreign tourist comes to Ukraine, buys an excursion from the salt mines in Soledara, and God forbid, breaks his arm on the lift... Who will pay for the treatment??
