So, the hotel is very old (all 3 hotels), the number of rooms is just awful! and These are all numbers! even those that are initially more expensive because of the sea view...(there is no point in overpaying, since all rooms overlook either the lagoon or the sea) the guy who delivers the suitcases ripped off $ 5 from the threshold. for the delivery of the suitcase, they dragged it back themselves.
The room was originally given to us just a kapets...it’s like a family, from your room there are doors to another room where the lock does not close, in fact, anyone who wants can enter...the lock on the terrace was also not working...on the underground flo (ground floor), they wanted to rip off $ 20 for a replacement, but I knocked out without additional payment at the reception, on the second floor (fiost flo). Also killed, but at least not with a door to the next room...with two beds, because there was no double bed...in general, I had to move these beds myself with my husband.

The service is very lame, the staff is very lacking, they, the poor, work for days, I really feel sorry for them, so we did not skimp on tips for ordinary waiters.
The food is the same type, you won’t be hungry, of course, but without frills, there is fish (but bony, sometimes they gave not bony, something like fillet) grilled meat and so on in different forms, vegetables, cheese, fruits already chopped, sweets, the same in all restaurants of all 3 hotels. The queues were terrible for everything, even though it was not yet the season. In the morning for scrambled eggs and pancakes, there is a queue for half an hour...
Yes, you can use the grounds and restaurants of all hotels. There are a la carte restaurants, but they serve everything the same as in the main, in short, nothing special.
Once a day they give out "ice cream", well, rather, frozen ice, 10 grams in a paper cup with a stick...Alcohol is disgusting, here's an antiseptic antiseptic, and everything except beer. The only thing you could drink there. Everything is served in small disposable cups.
The animation was the same, in the evening the only thing was all sorts of shows (fiery, with snakes, some singers came, belly dancing) after 21:00 in the hotel it was boring, there was nothing to do at all.
The hotel area seems to be large, but nothing special, there is not much greenery, they clean it for 3k.
Sea: there is a coral reef, at the end of the hotel (immediately a cliff) and to the left of the main entrance (coral reef, but it’s shallow there, you need corals, you can buy it in shops at the entrance to the hotel for about $ 3), we saw stingrays, fugues, fish different, which is very rare for Hurghada, if you do not go on walking tours, probably for the sake of the sea I will only give an asterisk to the hotel.
the hotel is inhabited by crows, arrogant birds, umbrellas over sun loungers were smashed into the trash...and food was stolen for a stay.

There is a lagoon, basically, they rested and swam near it, towels are issued only in one place, and only from 9 to 5 o'clock. evenings change, which is very inconvenient! on the bars near the sun loungers there is only beer and water.
Room cleaning...well, if you can call it cleaning...in short, they can’t even replace a towel...there are shampoos and all sorts of nonsense, but of dubious quality, it’s good that I took mine, they don’t give out slippers! The bed had never been changed in all the time, and it was so terrible, it was full of holes. . .
+ hotel is that close to the city, where you can buy fresh seafood in the market very cheaply! For $10 you can overeat squid, shrimp, fish, octopus, etc. they cook there and you can take it with you (by the way, you can bring food to the hotel without hesitation and even eat at the bar, no one will even say a word...) if by taxi, then a taxi is $ 1 to Hurghada Marina, on foot min. 15-20 go.
From Aneks, a terrible guide, very arrogant, wants to make his own excursions, talks rudely if you refuse him, excursions that can be bought at half the price.
We went to Luxor + banana island paid $45 per person. (+ expenses for food and water) since it takes 5 hours to go one way, but it's worth it! very cool place!
In a word, if the cost is small, then in principle you can go, if it is more than 15 thousand UAH, then the hotel is not worth it at all ! ! !
