Vacationing with my husband. This is not the first time in Egypt, but such indifference and disrespect for guests have never been seen before.
They bring them to the hotel, which is nearby, Sunny Days El Palacio, there is some kind of seething and confusion, after about twenty minutes they lead to the hotel that we have booked, and they don’t even want to talk about early check-in (we arrived at 9 in the morning). The only indulgence is that we will be hung up with bracelets after 10 am so that we can go to lunch, that is, you can’t hang them up right away, because they still want to save on breakfast.
For 10 US dollars, after 30 minutes, I agreed to an early check-in in a strange room with a dirty bed that had not been changed for a hundred years, when asked to change the bed, they just brought the sheets, I had to take everything off and throw it on the floor on my own to get to the cleaner that the bed need to be changed, but this is after one day, before that they slept on their rugs. In general, the hotel room capacity leaves much to be desired, what can I say about the restaurant. There is little food, monotonous and tasteless, plus there is not enough space in the restaurant for all the vacationers, they stupidly stand over you and push you to eat quickly and leave, making room for others.

The hotel lobby is a different story, it is smoky to such an extent that it is impossible to even walk through it, let alone sit down and use the wi-fi. There are no hoods, everyone just smokes where they want, not paying attention to those who do not smoke. If you came to breathe fresh air, then in this hotel you will not succeed, they smoke a lot, everywhere and it is impossible to breathe, even on the beach.
The only plus of this hotel is its location, in any weather there is a place to swim, a good reef, as for a city hotel, the artificial lagoons are clean. It is convenient to walk to the city, to the fish and vegetable markets, to the tourist part of the city and to the one where you can see the local color. We chose this hotel only because we wanted to see Hurghada and visit Luxor. I recommend the hotel with a very big stretch, for a transit visit and for not very big money. Unfortunately, you will not feel like a welcome guest in this hotel!
