I emailed them everything completely, and they booked me a completely different one (instead of 5 * they booked a hotel with a similar name, only 4 *) and then they started rubbing me that it was the same thing. But I can’t “wipe” like that and I demanded to rebook, they had to correct their mistake, but the other person would believe that this is the same thing and ruin his vacation. After the rest, no one even bothered to call me back and ask how we had a rest and how the hotel was (for me this is an important point by which I judge TA).
